Terms & Conditions

These terms govern your use of finlexglobaladvisory.com and your purchase of the FinLex Property Legal Health & Contract Risk Diagnostic.

Last updated: 18 October 2026

1. Who we are

The website and services are provided by FinLex Global Advisory, 353B-354A, Vipin Garden Extn, West Delhi, India 110059 (“FinLex”, “we”, “us”). You can reach us at advisory@finlexglobaladvisory.com. By placing an order or using this website you agree to these terms.

2. The Diagnostic

The FinLex Property Legal Health & Contract Risk Diagnostic (“the Diagnostic”) is an automated, AI-assisted desk review of the documents you upload for one property. Our analysis engine reads each document, tests it against the FinLex Property Safety Index (FPSI) — 13 weighted risk factors and three instant dealbreakers built on 25+ years of bank mortgage-underwriting and loan-closing diligence — and produces a dossier of about 12 pages containing a score, a verdict, an action plan, a contract redline, compliance checks and a requisition letter.

3. What the Diagnostic is not

The Diagnostic is not individually reviewed by an advocate, is not a legal opinion and is not a certificate of title. Ordering it does not create an advocate–client relationship.

It is limited to the documents you supply. It does not include a physical search of Sub-Registrar, revenue, court or other public records, and it cannot detect unrecorded mortgages, unregistered transactions, physical encroachments, undisclosed litigation or forged documents. Automated reading of poor scans, handwriting or regional-language records may be imperfect; where a document cannot be read with confidence, the related finding is reported as “not produced” rather than assumed safe. You should not rely on the Diagnostic as the sole basis for paying money, signing an agreement or registering a transfer. A signed Advocate Title Opinion is available through our 30-Year Title Search.

4. Your responsibilities

  • You are at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract.
  • The information you provide is accurate, and you are entitled to share the documents you upload, including any personal data of third parties they contain.
  • You will not upload unlawful material or attempt to interfere with the service.

5. Fees and payment

The Diagnostic costs US$499 per property, payable in advance. Payments are processed by Razorpay; we do not see or store your card details. Your bank or card issuer may apply currency conversion or international transaction charges, which are your responsibility. Applicable taxes, if any, are shown at checkout.

6. Delivery

Analysis begins automatically once payment is confirmed. The dossier is delivered by email to the address you provide and can be downloaded from the order page — usually within a few hours and in any case within 48 hours. See our Delivery Policy.

7. The 30-day credit

If you retain FinLex for the 30-Year Title Search & Advocate Title Opinion for the same property within 30 calendar days of paying for the Diagnostic, the full US$499 is deducted from that engagement’s fee. The credit applies once, is not transferable to another person or property, and has no cash value.

8. Refunds

Refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

9. Use of the dossier

The dossier is prepared for you alone. You may use it, and share it with your family, adviser, seller or builder, for the purpose of your own transaction. It may not be resold, published or relied upon by any third party, including any lender or purchaser. The FinLex methodology, scoring weights and report design remain our intellectual property.

10. Confidentiality and data

We keep your documents and dossier confidential and use them only to provide the service, comply with law and maintain our records. How we process personal data, including through our hosting and AI service providers, is explained in our Privacy Policy.

11. Liability

We provide the Diagnostic with reasonable care and skill within the limits described in section 3. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from a Diagnostic is limited to the fee you paid for it, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss arising from documents or information that were incomplete, inaccurate or not supplied. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

12. Full engagements

The 30-Year Title Search & Advocate Title Opinion is carried out and signed by an independent enrolled advocate engaged for you, under a separate written engagement letter setting out its scope, fee and timetable, issued before work starts. The search covers up to 30 years, or from the earliest record available.

13. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at New Delhi have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have where you live.

14. Changes and contact

We may update these terms; the version in force when you place an order applies to that order. Questions: advisory@finlexglobaladvisory.com.
