Delivery Policy

All FinLex services are delivered digitally. Nothing is shipped.

1. What is delivered

The Property Legal Health & Contract Risk Diagnostic is delivered as a PDF dossier of about 12 pages for the property named in your order.

2. How it is delivered

  • By email to the address you enter when ordering, with the dossier attached.
  • By download from the order confirmation page, which shows your progress and offers a download button as soon as the dossier is ready.

No physical documents are posted or couriered, and no shipping charges apply. The service is available to clients worldwide.

3. When

Analysis begins automatically once Razorpay confirms your payment. Most dossiers are delivered within a few hours; every dossier is delivered within 48 hours of payment confirmation, or the fee is refunded in full under our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

4. If it does not arrive

Check your spam or promotions folder for an email from FinLex Global Advisory. If the dossier is still missing, write to advisory@finlexglobaladvisory.com with your reference and we will resend it.

5. Full engagements

For the 30-Year Title Search & Advocate Title Opinion, the timetable is set in the engagement letter — typically two to four weeks — and the signed opinion and certified copies are delivered electronically, with originals sent by courier on request.

Prices are quoted in US Dollars and are exclusive of applicable GST. Payments for FinLex fees are processed via Razorpay. Partner fees and government charges are paid by the client directly, at fixed fees agreed in advance.
