FinLex Global Advisory is a property advisory business. It is not a law firm and does not itself practise law. Services that require an advocate — including the 30-Year Title Search and the signed Advocate Title Opinion — are performed by independent advocates enrolled with a State Bar Council, engaged for the client under a separate written engagement. Nothing on this website is intended to advertise or solicit work for any advocate.

2. No legal advice; no advocate–client relationship

The content of this website is for general information only and is not legal advice. Using this website, sending us an email, or ordering the automated Diagnostic does not create an advocate–client relationship. Such a relationship arises only between you and the advocate engaged for an advocate-led service such as the 30-Year Title Search & Advocate Title Opinion.

3. The automated Diagnostic

The Property Legal Health & Contract Risk Diagnostic is an automated, AI-assisted desk review of documents supplied by the client. It is not individually reviewed by an advocate, is not a legal opinion or certificate of title, and must not be relied upon by any third party. Its limits are described in our Terms & Conditions and in every dossier.

Legal opinions, title certificates and court filings are provided solely by independent enrolled advocates. Tax filings and remittance certifications are provided by independent chartered accountants. Site inspections and registry searches are carried out by independent field partners. All are engaged and paid directly by the client. FinLex acts solely as the client’s coordinator, does not act as an agent for any practitioner, and receives no referral commissions or fee-shares.

Prices are quoted in US Dollars and are exclusive of applicable GST. Payments for FinLex fees are processed via Razorpay. Partner fees and government charges are paid by the client directly, at fixed fees agreed in advance.
